DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.
(January 28, 2025) - BigR Racing
announced today it will field
Jared Lowe
aboard a Honda CRF450R for a
second consecutive year in the
AFT Singles presented by
KICKER class for the
2025 Progressive
American Flat Track
season.
Last year’s debut with the team
saw Lowe elevate his game to a
new level. In ‘24, he earned his
first career top-ten
championship ranking (ninth),
nearly doubling his previous
best points tally despite two
fewer races on the schedule.
‘The Jet’ lived up to his
moniker on a regular basis
throughout the standout
campaign. He racked up eight
top-tens in 2024, highlighted by
a maiden top five at the Texas
Half-Mile. His ascension
mirrored that of Kansas-based
BigR racing outfit, which
increased its all-time top-ten
haul from seven to 15 with the
signing of Lowe in 2024.
Lowe will continue to be backed
by Sam Lowe as Crew Chief and
Ryan Sangals as Lead Mechanic.
With another year of experience
under his belt and the
aforementioned continuity of
support, Lowe is positioned for
even greater success in the
season ahead.
“The goal is continued
improvement,” said BigR Team
Owner Ron Belt. “The entire team
is thrilled to continue to work
with Jared after his impressive
performance a year ago. His
talent and determination make me
confident there are even better
results to come, and it
certainly doesn’t hurt that he’s
got Sam Lowe and Ryan Sangals in
his corner – they’re what makes
our pit area run.”
Lowe said, “I’m excited to
return to BigR Racing this
season and carry our momentum
into the new season. I’m proud
of what we accomplished last
season, but we’ve got bigger
goals in mind for 2025.”
BigR Racing is supported by
several of the sport’s leading
sponsors, including Mike Vinson
of Vinson Construction, Al
Lamb’s Dallas Honda, Scott
Scherb of Scherb Racing, Ryan
Sangals of SPC Racing, Motion
Pro, Timber’s Edge Farm &
Apiary, L&R Racing, Maxwell
Industries, LBP, and Helmet
House along with many others.
