new partnership with
Lightshoe, the industry
leader in handcrafted
steel shoes for
professional and amateur racers
alike. As part of this
collaboration, Lightshoe has
been named the
Official Steel Shoe of American
Flat Track for the
2025 season.
Based in Sturgis, S.D.,
Lightshoe has set the standard

shoes, providing flat track
riders with the durability,
precision, and comfort needed to
push the limits on the dirt.
Founded by Gary Kinzler,
a professional machinist and
welder with deep, long-lasting
ties to flat track racing,
Lightshoe is trusted by the
sport’s top riders and is known
for its meticulous
craftsmanship.
As part of this partnership,
Lightshoe branding will be
prominently displayed on AFT
series haulers, marketing
materials, and the podium
backdrop at each event. Fans can
also expect to see Lightshoe

throughout the season, along
with a dedicated feature video
showcasing the craftsmanship
behind these world-class steel
shoes.
