DAYTONA BEACH, Fla.

Progressive American Flat
Track, sanctioned by AMA Pro
Racing, has named Brad Sweet
as Grand Marshal of the
Silver Dollar Short Track at
Silver Dollar Speedway in
Chico, California, on May 2,
2026.
A Grass Valley, California
native, Sweet won five
consecutive World of Outlaws
championships from 2019 to
2023 and ranks among the
series’ all-time winningest
drivers. His resume includes
victories in marquee events
such as the Knoxville
Nationals and multiple Kings
Royal wins.
Sweet is also the co-founder
of High Limit Racing, where
he claimed the series
championship in 2024 before
stepping away from full-time
competition following the
2025 season.
The event carries added
significance as Sweet is a
co-owner of Silver Dollar
Speedway alongside Kyle
Larson and Colby Copeland.
He will take part in
pre-race ceremonies as
Progressive American Flat
Track returns to one of the
West Coast’s premier dirt
track venues.
Fans will also be treated to
high-flying action from the
Trashed Kids FMX stunt show,
along with bar-banging
racing from the Mission AFT
SuperTwins class. Reigning
KICKER AFT Singles winner
and Northern California
native Kage Tadman is set to
return in search of a repeat
victory.
