Lonnie Wheatley, TULSA, Okla. (December 22, 2009) – In just three short weeks, the dirt will be flying inside the Tulsa State Fairgrounds' QuikTrip Center when the 24th Annual Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Nationals fires off at Tulsa Expo Raceway.
