ASCS Northwest Weekend

Washed Out

LEBANON, Ore. (June 6, 2008) – This weekend's American Sprint Car Series Northwest Region double header in Oregon has fallen victim to mother nature, as both nights have been cancelled due to excessive rain.  Both Friday night's event at Lebanon's Willamette Speedway and Saturday's card at Cottage Grove Speedway have been rained out.

Action for the ASCS Northwest Region resumes with the opening leg of ASCS Northwest Speedweek at Medford's Southern Oregon Speedway on Monday night, July 14.  It marks the first of six consecutive nights of racing, with ensuing events at Cottage Grove Speedway (July 15), Willamette Speedway (July 16), Sunset Speedway (July 17) and Grays Harbor Raceway Park (July 18 and 19).
