Lakeside Sprint Bandits TNT Prelim is All Wet;
Title on the Line Saturday
KANSAS CITY,
Kan. (August
20, 2010) – A steady series of severe thunderstorms has forced the
cancellation of Friday night’s Lucas Oil Sprint Bandits Tour ‘N
Topless event at Lakeside Speedway.
The series will now finish off the Sixth Annual TNT Midwest Swing as
well as the 2010 season with Saturday night’s $10,000-to-win Ron
Shuman Classic atop the ½-mile Lakeside Speedway clay oval, with
racing action set to go green at 7:30 p.m.
Defending event winner Brady Bacon and two-time Shuman Classic
winner Robert Ballou enter Saturday’s action tied for the Sprint
Bandits TNT points lead, with Casey Shuman just 16 points out of the
lead in third.
