NCRA Mod-Lite Division Heads to 81 Speedway This Saturday Night!
Park City, Kansas – August 27, 2017 - While two-time and defending tour champion Justin Kinderknecht has won four of the six events held thus far this season, his point lead is anything but secure with just three-point races left on the season. One of those events will be taking place this coming Saturday night as the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products mod-lite division heads to 81 Speedway in Park City this Labor Day Saturday night for the “Ed, ‘Big Eddy’ Borecky” Classic.
Kinderknecht will come into the night with a slim 45-point lead over “winless” Ryan Ayers while Dustin Forsberg (one feature win) sits third in the point standings, just 50-points out of the point lead.
Briley Goodwin, Trace Ayers, Jeremy Heim, Cody Kretchmar, Zane Henson, Alex Loveless and John Miranda are just a few of the touring regulars expected to compete. Other drivers expected include Tyler Bradshaw, Ryan Secrest, Jason Roe, and Brandon Gray – who also has one feature victory on the season.
The NCRA mod-lite division will be just one of the four NCRA divisions that will be competing at 81 Speedway on Saturday night for the “Ed ‘Fast Eddy’ Borecky’ Classic.” Grandstand admission is just $15 for adults; seniors and all military $13 while children ages eleven and under admitted into the grandstands for free. Pit passes are just $30 for all adults. Gates will open at 5:00 PM while racing is set for a 7:00 PM start time.
