Schedule for 81 Speedway!
Park
City, Kansas – March 29, 2017 - Mid-March showers sure
didn’t bring no flowers but it has caused havoc with trying to
get the 2017 race season started at 81 Speedway in Park City,
Kansas. Up until two hours before race time, Mother Nature
decided to postpone the seventh annual “Park City Cup/Air
Capital Shootout” for the National Championship Racing
Association sprint car division this past Friday and Saturday
night (March 24-25) and has caused speedway schedule chaos.
Speedway
officials have made adjustments to the schedule here are April
events for 81 Speedway:
April 6
Open Practice
6-10 PM Pit passes $10
April 15
NCRA Modifieds ($1500 to win), NCRA Late Models ($1500 to
win), NCRA Mod-Lites ($500 to win),
Thumpers ($500
to win)
April 21-22
7th annual “Park City Cup/Air Capital
Shootout” Paying $15000 to win and $1000 to start NCRA Sprint
Car Opener
April 29
2017 81 Speedway Weekly Season Opener - Qualifying Heat
start at 2:00 PM; Features start at 7:00 PM: Sprint Cars,
Modified, AAA Modified, Rookie Modified, Street Stock, Thumper,
Mod Lite
Don’t forget
advanced tickets are still on sale for “The Greatest Show on
Dirt,” the inaugural “Kansas Klassic” featuring the Craftsman
World of Outlaw Sprint Car Series and NCRA modified invitational
(20 cars) on Saturday night, May 6th. Advanced
