Weekend of Racing at 81 Speedway!
Saturday and
Sunday Night Featuring NCRA Divisions
Park City,
Kansas – June 10, 2018 – Trying to find something different,
exciting and an event your father will definitely enjoy with his
family? Then we have just the perfect idea as it will be huge
Father’s Day weekend of racing atop the three-eighths 81
Speedway this coming weekend in Park City as two nights of dirt
track action are slated for the “playground of power.”
It all kicks off
on Saturday night as the National Championship Racing
Association of Park City, Kansas crate late model division
headline the race card that will also see the tracks AAA
Modified, Rookie Modified, Thumper and Cruiser divisions.
You will see
series regulars Brandon Givens, Daniel Smith, Dusty Leonard,
Delbert Smith, Chris Kratzer, Jimmy Segraves, Adam Popp, Adam
Schrag, Tony Foster, Bobby Eubanks, Robert Shepard, Dustin
Bolster, Jeremy Bishop as well as Nebraska driver Cory Dumpert
and Oklahoma driver Damian Patocka.
Givens, who sits
atop the current NCRA crate late model point standings, has one
feature victory on the season while Dumpert has two thus far
this season.
Gates will open
at 5:00 PM with race action slated for a 7:00 PM start time and
grandstand admission will be $15.
Then on Sunday
night it will be the annual “Bill Hall Memorial/Father’s Day
Special” at the speedway with the other three NCRA divisions
consisting of 360-ci sprints, modifieds and mod-lites all on the
race card.
J.D. Johnson of
Wichita will come into the night as the current sprint car point
leader by ten points over Jeremy Campbell, while Don Droud, Jr.
(-20), Jeff Stasa (-60) and Danny Jennings (-80) are the top
five in division point standings.
Cody Schniepp,
who is having his best season yet, sits atop the current
modified point standings while three-time and defending tour
champion Dan Powers (-25), Tanner Mullens (-120), Scott Green
(-145) and Tyler Davis (-155) are the divisions current top
five.
The series
mod-lite division is led in the current point standings by
three-time and defending tour champion Justin Kinderknecht. The
Salina driver holds a fifty-point lead over both Trace Ayers and
Dustin Forsberg while Tyler Bradshaw (-55) and Cody Kretchmar
(-65) are the current top five.
Over total sixty
drivers from five different states are expected for this huge
night of NCRA racing action.

grandstand admission again is just $15.
81 Speedway is
located north of Wichita on I-135 to exit 16, then 0.7 mile west
